Hi, Rennae e-mailed us to share our experiences with her as our pet sitter. The following summarizes our dealings with Rennae.

My wife and I had planned a three week trip to New Zealand in March of this year. We were reluctant to board our dog at the time, Bo, an eleven year old Bassett Hound, because of his age and special health requirements. Thus, we started the search for a reputable pet sitter, one that we could trust and feel secure with in leaving our beloved friend for such a long period of time. We found Rennae, who lives near us, and she agreed to come over to our house for a sort of "interview", so to speak. We were impressed by her organization and her genuine concern and care for the animals she deals with. Hence, we retained her services for Bo.

Well, Rennae visited our Bo three times daily, kept a full and detailed written log of her time spent with him, and administered all his medication to him without fail. We were happy to know that he had human companionship and quality care while we were away. Sadly, his ailing health and age finally caught up with Bo (rest his soul), but we would not hesitate in the least to utilize Rennae to take care of our new English Bulldog puppy, Jake.

Rennae is a wonderful pet sitter. She has been watching our dogs Zoe and Buddy for several months now on a weekly basis and we couldn't ask for anyone more qualified or more caring than her. She fills their water bowls, gives them food and medication when necessary, makes sure they get plenty of extra love and attention and always leaves a note letting us know what they did while she was there and how the visit went. With all this, she is already an outstanding pet sitter, but in addition to performing all the standard duties of a pet sitter, Rennae goes well beyond that.

Zoe is our 6 month old lab and before she joined our home, we only had to deal with the trials and tribulations of a small dog (Buddy, our pug). Owning a larger dog has brought along many new challenges that we never ran into as small dog owners. A little wooden fence leaning against the kitchen entrance may contain a mellow year old pug, but it lasts about 5 seconds when you put a 2 month old lab puppy in the mix. Each time we feel as if we have to choose between keeping our house from becoming a wreck and making our dogs' living arrangement while we're away a little less ideal, Rennae comes to the rescue and always seems to have the answer.

There is no hesitation when I recommend Rennae as your pet sitter. You will not be disappointed and there's a good chance that once she becomes your pet sitter you will wonder how you ever managed without her in the first place.

I am happy to recommend Rennae to care for your pet. Rennae watched my four dogs for me last month. My dogs are not the easiest to care for, but Rennae handled it with no problems. Two of my dogs were on meds (Poncho and Molly), and one is afraid of strangers (Chip). Rennae made friends with Chip immediately. She also ensured that Molly and Poncho had extra special attention. Lefty is a little lover, and she accepted his affections (many kisses) warmly.

Rennae also made sure my vegetable garden survived my absence. She left everything in perfect condition and reported on my doggies' daily activities.

I was lucky to find Rennae's website this summer and she took care of our 6 cats in August. Rennae did an excellent job - she cleaned our cats' bowls every day, scooped the poop, played with them and left a note each day with an update as to their "activities." She will be taking care of our cats over Thanksgiving and Christmas also. You can tell by talking to Rennae that she cares about animals and we are crazy about our cats, so we are very particular about their care. I am happy to recommend Rennae to take care of your pets - I am certain you will be very impressed! with her services.
